Carl Lamerton

– Director
Carl is a gifted designer and highly creative brand expert, with an eye for superlative design and a rare ability to capture a firm’s deepest essence in visual form. 

With a career spanning more than 20 years, he has developed powerful brands for large and small companies alike, including Adidas, Virgin, Lockheed Martin, Esso, Crewsaver and Powergen.

He has also honed his creative skills on projects for blue chip ad agencies like McCanns, Saatchis, Publicis, CDP and more. Carl studied design and illustration at St Martin’s School of Art in London.

Todd Somerville

– Director
Todd is an expert in the areas where brand and design overlap with corporate communications. He has 20 years’ experience creating and directing powerful brand-based communications strategies for large and small organisations in the UK and around the world. 

An accomplished and versatile writer, he specialises in using language to create distinctive narratives for companies.
Todd has a degree in Philosophy from the University of Oxford.

Dan Gipple

- Non-Executive Director
Dan is an entrepreneur and highly experienced brand and marketing expert, with an impressive client portfolio over two decades that includes BT, Microsoft, Royal Bank of Scotland, Daimler Chrysler, Lockheed Martin, Lufthansa, British Aerospace (BAE), Young & Rubicam Europe, Harrods and QinetiQ. 

Dan advises and assists on the unique brand development method that is the hallmark of Lamerton Brand.
He is a graduate of the Olin Business School of Washington University in St Louis with a degree in marketing.
